Summary:The utility model provides a metallurgical polysilicon solar cell and a solar cell panel. One surface of the metallurgical polysilicon solar cell is a suede surface made of erosion velvet, and the suede surface comprises a plurality of erosion pits. The erosion pits are 3.0-3.6 micrometers in depth and 4.94-6.63 micrometers in length. The metallurgical polysilicon solar cell combines the self properties of the metallurgical polysilicon and corresponding velvet manufacturing process to make the high quality velvet surface to be eroded on a metallurgical polysilicon sheet after phosphorus gettering. Moderate corrosion pits are uniformly formed on the surface of a polysilicon sheet through erosion, and the light tripping structure of the surface of the solar cell is excellent. The external surface is uniform, and the surface reflectivity is low. Reverse leakage current is minimized, and the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cell is improved.
