Summary: | The utility model discloses a steel-plastic composite pipe fitting steel framework with a runner. The steel-plastic pipe fitting steel framework is formed through thin steel plate punching rolled plate welding and is fixed in a die cavity. Through holes (3) are formed in the surface of the steel framework (4) at intervals. A guide hole (9) is formed in the steel framework opposite to an injection hole in the die cavity. The guide hole (9) is provided with a guide sleeve (6). The guide sleeve (6) is provided with a guide ring (7). The inner diameter of the guide sleeve is larger than that of the injection hole (8). The inner diameter of one end of the guide ring is matched with the outer diameter of the guide sleeve in a fastened manner. The inner diameter of the other end of the guide ring is 0.5-1mm larger than the inner diameter of the guide sleeve. The outer diameter of the guide ring is provided with a self-fluxing seal ring (13). During production of a steel-plastic composite pipe fitting, the inner wall of the steel-plastic composite pipe fitting is filled with plastics first to guarantee that the weld lines on the inner wall of the steel-plastic composite pipe fitting have high bonding strength and the guide ring can be integrally fused with the plastic layer of the steel-plastic composite pipe fitting, and accordingly the overall sealing quality of the steel-plastic composite pipe fitting is guaranteed. |
