Because the shaft head cover is installed on the hub without machining a long seal on the rim, it can be avoided that the coaxiality of the rim is difficult to guarantee in the process of machining the long seal, so that driving of the whole vehicle deflects, and the strength of the rim is weakened in the process of machining the seal.
