The left handheld part and the right handheld part are each provided with a control switch for controlling the rope body to be wound or unwound. The left rope containing part and the right rope containing part are provided with a timer and a counter respectively. The multifunctional sports skipping rope has the timing and counting functions, and the length of the rope body can be adjusted freely.
