The data acquisition instrument step-down circuit includes resistors from 1 to 10, a capacitor C1, a capacitor C2, a triode T1, a triode T2, diodes from VD1 to 4, an MOS transistor Q1 and an MOS transistor Q2; a live line of an input AC power source is connected with the resistor R3, the resistor R4, the input end of a bridge rectifier, the capacitor C1 and the collector of the triode T1; the base of the triode T1 is connected with the zero line of the AC power source; the emitter of the triode T1 is connected with the resistor R1 and the emitter of the triode T2; one end of the resistor R1 is connected with the zero line of the AC power source; the zero line of the power source is connected with the resistor R2; and one end of the resistor R2 is connected with the base of the triode T2, the capacitor C1, the resistor R4 and the input end of the bridge rectifier. The data acquisition instrument step-down circuit of the utility model is provided with a voltage stabilizing circuit for protecting the whole step-down circuit, so that it can be ensured that the step-down circuit can be in a stable state, and therefore, influences on circuit elements which are caused by excessive high voltage can be avoided; and the step-down circuit can complete a step-down function without adopting components such as a transformer and an inductor.
