Summary:The utility model relates to a device for measuring the internal friction coefficient of particle materials. The device comprises a rack, a blanking frame, a charging frame, a material pressing cover plate, a material pressing weight, a pulley bracket, a stay cord and a supporting plate, wherein the blanking frame is fixedly arranged on the rack; the charging frame is supported on the upper end of the blanking frame; the inner cavities of the blanking frame and the charging frame are perpendicularly communicated to form a material filling cavity; the material pressing cover plate and the material pressing weight are arranged at the top of the charging frame; the pulley bracket is arranged on the rack and provided with a guide pulley; the stay cord winds the guide pulley, one end of the stay cord is connected with the outer side wall of the charging frame, and a pull weight is suspended on the other end of the stay cord; the supporting plate is arranged on one side, close to the pulley, of the outer side wall of the blanking frame, the upper end surface of the supporting plate is level to that of the blanking frame, and the width of the supporting plate is not less than that of the blanking plate. By adopting the measurement device, the charging frame is motioned under the pull of the traction weight and has displacement together with the blanking frame so as to realize the relative motion between materials in the charging frame and the blanking frame, the internal frictional force between the materials can be measured by a difference of pull needed by motion of the two frames under full load and no load, and the internal friction coefficient of the materials can be fast obtained according to a frictional force calculation formula.
