The utility model provides a hydraulic supported-opened top-mounted ball valve which comprises a valve body, a valve ball and valve seats, wherein each valve seat adopts an annular structure; valve seat bracket rings are arranged on the outer surfaces of the valve seats; limiting ring grooves are formed in the outer surfaces of the valve seat support rings; limiting rings are arranged in the limiting ring grooves; the valve seats and the valve seat bracket rings jointly enclose a spring cavity for accommodating springs; the valve seat bracket rings, the valve seats and the valve body jointly enclose a hydraulic ring cavity which is connected with a pressurization system. According to the ball valve, the valve seat bracket rings, the valve seats and the valve body jointly form a cylinder structure, and external high-pressure liquid is utilized, so that the problems of online assembly, disassembly and maintenance of a top-mounted ball valve, particularly a large-aperture top-mounted ball valve are solved, the running cost is lowered, and the production efficiency is improved; the ball valve is simpler in overall structure and convenient to machine.
