Disclosed is a carton buffer cushion board. The carton buffer cushion board comprises a cushion board, wherein a rectangular cavity is formed in the center of the cushion board, support strips which are folded into a boss shape are arranged on four side edges of the rectangular cavity, and the cushion board and the support strips are respectively corrugated boards. The carton buffer cushion board is used in tetra pack beverage packaging to replace buffer materials such as EPS (expanded polystyrene) and EPE (expanded polyethylene), and has the advantages of being simple in structure, low in cost and recyclable, and causing no pollution to environment.
