The capacitive pole-tower tilt monitor is composed of two parts, namely a capacitive sensor and a measurement circuit, wherein a drum 1 (1) and a drum 2 (2) which are different in diameter are prepared from aluminum plates and are concentrically connected together; the outer wall of the drum 1 (1) is fixed on a pole-tower through a wiring lug 9; a drum 3 (3) made of a steel plate is suspended between the drum 1 (1) and the drum 2 (2) by a metal soft wire 4; the drum 1 (1), the drum 2 (2) and the drum 3(3) form a capacitor Cx; integrated circuits N1-N6 and related elements form the measurement circuit; the integrated circuit N1 forms an oscillating circuit; the integrated circuit N2 forms a differential amplifier; the integrated circuits N3 and N4 form a rectifying circuit; the integrated circuit N5 forms a filter circuit; the integrated circuit N6 forms a voltage amplifying circuit; output direct current voltage Vo is in direct proportion to variable quantity deltaCx of the capacitive sensor Cx; and the tilt degree of the pole-tower is judged according to the numerical value of Vo.
