Summary: | The utility model provides a low-temperature high-speed pulse valve device which is characterized by comprising a front end cover, a valve body, a piezoelectric ceramic piece, a sealing gasket, pressure ceramic supports, a binding post and an air inlet pipe. The front end cover is located in front of the valve body and detachably or fixedly connected with the valve body. The pressure ceramic supports, the binding post and the air inlet pipe are connected to the upper portion of the valve body. The sealing gasket and the piezoelectric ceramic piece are fixed on the pressure ceramic supports. The device has the advantages that by the utilization of the high-speed electric energy and mechanical energy conversion characteristic of piezoelectric ceramics, the opening and closing speed of a valve can reach one thousand times per second; meanwhile, liquid nitrogen is injected by utilizing the air inlet pipe, a 70K low-temperature environment is kept in the valve body, and the accuracy of an experimental result is improved. |
