The coupling adapter is of a tubular structure and is provided with a central through hole. Internal threads are arranged at one end of the coupling adapter, and external threads are arranged at the other end of the coupling adapter. A protruding ring is arranged on the middle side wall of the through hole of the coupling adapter, the inner diameter of the protruding ring is smaller than the diameter of the through hole, and the drilling tool is clamped into the protruding ring. The protruding ring replaces a traditional seat ring and is integrated with the coupling adapter. Compared with a split structure of the seat ring and the coupling adapter, malposition of the drilling tool in rotating of a drilling rod is avoided, the accuracy and the stability of connection between the seat ring and the drilling tool are improved, and the work reliability of the drilling rod is improved.
