The utility model relates to a novel reamer which comprises a waist band and a drill rod. The drill rod is fixedly connected to the center of the waist band under the support of transverse rods. A plurality of reaming rods are fixedly connected between the inner wall of the waist band and the outer wall of the drill rod. The lower end face of the waist band and the outer walls of the reaming rods are each provided with a plurality of alloy blocks. The reaming rods are symmetrically arranged relative to the center of the drill rod. The drill rod and the reaming rods are of a hollow structure and are communicated with one another. A plurality of transverse rods are symmetrically arranged relative to the center axis of the drill rod. Each reaming rod comprises a supporting plate with the end face of an L-shaped structure and an inclined plate arranged on the inner sides of two straight plates of the supporting plate, wherein a triangular hollow flow pass is defined by the inclined plate and the two straight plates of the supporting plate, and the hollow flow pass is communicated with the drill rod; each inclined plate is provided with water outlet holes communicated with the corresponding hollow flow pass; the alloy blocks are evenly arranged on the end face of one of the straight plates of the supporting plates. The novel reamer is good in reaming effect and the connection stability of the reaming rods, the drill rod and the waist band is high.
