A coded lock peep-preventing device comprises a lock box and a lock back member which is pivoted or fixed to the lock box. The lock box is provided with a plurality of holes correspondingly, a lock seat is fixedly arranged on the lock back member, and the lock seat comprises an accommodating seat, a movable member, a plurality of code discs, a plurality of shaft members, a locking device and a peep preventing device. The accommodating seat is provided with an accommodating groove and a locking device groove, and the movable member and the code discs are arranged in the accommodating groove; one ends of the shaft members penetrate the code discs and are fixedly combined with the same, accordingly, the code discs drive the shaft members to rotate correspondingly during rotation, and one ends of the shaft members are provided with first and second ends; the locking device is accommodated in the locking device groove of the accommodating seat and comprises at least one locking member; the peep preventing device comprises a plate member, and one end of the plate member is provided with a buckling portion.
