A below-vehicle electric appliance screen cabinet mounting structure comprises an electric appliance screen cabinet and a movable nut bed welded below a vehicle body underframe, wherein movable nuts for fastening bolts are arranged in the movable nut bed, and an inner concave waterproof cover is welded on the lower surface of the movable nut bed; a high station is welded on a top mounting surface of the electric appliance screen cabinet; the bolts are sleeved with spring gaskets and plain washers and penetrate through the top mounting surface of the electric appliance screen cabinet, the high station and the waterproof cover and are locked to the movable nuts in the movable nut bed, so that the electric appliance screen cabinet is suspended and mounted on the vehicle body underframe. According to the below-vehicle electric appliance screen cabinet mounting structure, the waterproof cover is welded on the movable nut bed on the vehicle body underframe mounting surface and the high station is welded on the mounting surface of the electric appliance screen cabinet, so that a concave-convex surface matching structure is formed, ponding water cannot permeate through bolt mounting holes, and the mounting of the below-vehicle electric appliance screen cabinet is waterproof.
