A universal metal laryngoscope comprises a laryngoscope piece. The technical scheme includes that the edge of one side of a tongue depressor of the laryngoscope piece extends downwards to form a flange, a bottom edge is arranged on the edge of the lower side of the flange, the top end of the tongue depressor is connected with a raising portion through a raising hinge shaft, a support shaft is arranged on the flange of the lower side of the raising hinge shaft, and a support portion is hinged on the support shaft; an adjusting hinge shaft is arranged on the flange of the tail end of the tongue compressor, and an adjusting wrench is hinged on the adjusting hinge shaft; a clamping groove is further arranged in the flange of the upper side of the tail end of the tongue compressor, and a clamping shaft, a bulb, a power supply clamping groove and a power switch are arranged at the bottom of a laryngoscope handle; a light-guide fiber is arranged on the flange forwarding from the bulb at the bottom of the laryngoscope handle to the tongue compressor. The universal metal laryngoscope suitable for all patients has the advantages of convenience in use, good performance, high precision, capability of high-temperature and high-pressure disinfection, convenience in maintenance and the like.
