Summary:The utility model relates to a device and a method for reducing leakage power of a circuit and introduces a processor. The processor comprises multiple transistors, a circuit and a PCU (power control unit), wherein the multiple transistors are operable, so that dynamically adjustable transistor sizes can be provided; the multiple transistors are coupled to a first power supply at one end and coupled to a second power supply at the other end; the circuit is coupled to the second power supply which supplies power to the circuit; the PCU is used for monitoring the level of the first power supply and dynamically adjusting the transistor sizes of the multiple transistors so as to adjust the second power supply to keep the circuit operable.
