Summary:The utility model relates to the technical field of abrasion detection of shield tunneling machine cutters, and particularly discloses an automatic camera pushing device for abrasion detection of a shield tunneling machine cutter head. The automatic camera pushing device comprises a base as well as a front baffle and a back baffle which are perpendicularly fixed at the two ends of the base, wherein connecting rods are arranged between the front baffle and the back baffle; a fixed plate is arranged at one end of the connecting rods; a sliding plate is arranged at the other end of the connecting rods; a screw rod is further arranged between the front baffle and the back baffle, and is in threaded connection with the sliding plate; a motor is arranged on the base; a guide sleeve is arranged on the front baffle; a guide pipe is arranged at the outer end of the guide sleeve; a connecting hole coaxial to the guide sleeve is further formed in each of the fixed plate and the sliding plate; an ejecting pipe is further arranged between the fixed plate and the sliding plate; a camera is arranged at the front end of the ejecting pipe; a pipe joint is arranged at the back end of the ejecting pipe. Therefore, the automatic camera pushing device has the benefits that the camera can be stably pushed to the outer side of the cutter head from the inside of a bubble cabin, abrasion analysis on the shield tunneling machine cutter head is facilitated, and the condition that a cutter is replaced blindly is prevented.
