The LED down lamp comprises an LED light source, a shell, a support and a drive power source, the LED light source is arranged at the bottom of the shell, the shell is arranged above the support, and the drive power source is connected to the bottom of the support. The LED down lamp further comprises an assembly panel, and the assembly panel is provided with an installation opening for the lower portion of the shell to pass through; the support is molded into a flat plate with installation parts on the two sides, a downwards-extending jointing part is formed at the bottom of the assembly panel around the installation opening, and the jointing part is connected with the installation part on the support. According to the LED down lamp, as the shell is installed on the support through the assembly panel, the LED down lamp is reasonable in structure and more convenient to assemble; the support is arranged to be of a flat plate structure, the flat plate cannot isolate the shell from surrounded air except for the installation parts on the two sides of the flat plate, the lower portion of the shell is completely exposed out of the unshielded air, heat transmitted to the shell through the LED light source can be dissipated as soon as possible, and the LED down lamp accordingly has the better heat dissipation effect.
