A circulating liquid inlet and a circulating liquid outlet are respectively formed in the top and bottom of a tank body; an inlet of a jet pump is connected with the circulating liquid outlet in the bottom of the tank body through a liquid inlet pipe, and an outlet of the jet pump is connected with a circulating liquid inlet in the top of the tank body through a liquid outlet pipe; an air inlet is formed in the wall, close to the circulating liquid inlet, of the liquid outlet pipe; the tank body is internally provided with a swirl spray head connected with the circulating liquid inlet; the swirl spray head comprises an arc elbow pipe which is horizontally arranged; and the lower part of the arc elbow pipe is alternately provided with a plurality of vertical nozzles and swirl nozzles, wherein the jet tips of the vertical nozzles are vertically and downwards arranged, and inclined angles formed between the jet tips of the swirl nozzles and the diameter of the arc elbow pipe are larger than 45 DEG and smaller than 135 DEG. By using the copper dissolving tank, sulfur dioxide gas can be prevented from generating in the reaction process, and the copper dissolving efficiency can be effectively increased.
