Summary:The utility model provides a vibration switch and a time-delay circuit comprising the same, and relates to the field of flour fine finishing. A leading-out electrode I of the vibration switch S1 is fixed on a nonmetal housing. The leading-out electrode I is connected with a vibration spring. The vibration spring is provided with a moving contact. A connecting rod is fixed on the moving contact. The tail part of the connecting rod is connected with a vibration plate. A leading-out electrode II is fixed on the nonmetal housing and is connected with a metal inner cavity. The metal inner cavity is connected with a fixed contact. The nonmetal housing is provided with fastening screws. A contact end of the nonmetal housing is provided with a rubber dustproof cover. The vibration switch S1 is serially connected in a circuit, and a capacitor C1 and a resistor R1 are parallelly connected in the circuit, so that the vibration-eliminating time-delay circuit is formed. Flour or wheat in a pipeline impacts the vibration plate, the vibration plate drives the moving contact and the vibration spring to vibrate, elastic contact is formed between the moving contact and the fixed contact, the leading-out electrode I is connected with an anode of a power supply, and pulse signals are generated on the leading-out electrode II. By adopting the vibration switch and the time-delay circuit comprising the vibration switch, false operation caused by the influences of dust can be avoided, and the installation and the structure are simple.
