Summary:The utility model discloses a raw material belt cutter which can cut a large number of plastic belts efficiently. According to the technical scheme, the raw material belt cutter comprises a base, a raw material rack, a knife rest, a guide rod, a handle, a winding mechanism, a fixing clamp and a self-locking limiting piece, wherein the base is used for fixing all the components, a raw material tray is mounted on a bracket of the raw material rack, the raw material belts are placed in the raw material tray, the raw material belts are pulled out of the raw material tray and wound around a winding disk of the winding mechanism by means of rotating the handle and the winding mechanism, the fixing clamp buckles one end of each raw material belt, the raw material belts are fixed and limited by the self-locking limiting piece after being wound around by set number of circles, and the knife rest moves left and right through the guide rod so as to cut the raw material belts.
