A blank holder is arranged on a female die, the lower end of the female die is fixed on the bottom plate, a male die penetrates the blank holder to be matched with the female die, the male die is a smooth cylinder, the lower end face of the male die is provided with a circular angle, the upper end face of the male die is planar, the outer surface of the male die and the inner surface of a center hole of the blank holder are in small-clearance fit. The blank holder is in the shape of a step cake, and the small-diameter of the blank holder is in small-clearance fit with the inner surface of a counterbore of the female die; the blank holder, the female die and the bottom plate are integrated by connecting screws.
