The utility model relates to a purification system, particularly relates to a membrane separation and purification device taking a liquid phase separation and purification membrane as a core and more particularly relates to a membrane shell arranging structure. The membrane separation and purification device comprises a plurality of membrane shells, a fixed bracket and a pipeline system, wherein the fixed bracket is used for fixing the membrane shells, and the pipeline system is used for connecting the membrane shells in series and in parallel and is connected with a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet; and the membrane shells are arrayed in a staggered manner, namely four adjacent membrane shells are arrayed on four corners of a rhombus by virtue of the cross sections. The membrane separation and purification device is relatively compact in structure and is applied to the membrane separation and purification.
