Summary:The utility model discloses a solid-state electronic switch converted from a normally-off state to a normally-on state. The solid-state electronic switch of the utility model comprises a substrate, a pre-connected bridge, an anti-reflection coating, an insulating layer, a metal interconnection, a control bridge, a passivation layer, a pair of pre-connected electrode pads and a pair of control electrode pads. The control bridge is connected to a control circuit through the pair of control electrode pads so as to receive a control signal from the control circuit. The pre-connected bridge is connected to a controlled circuit through the pair of pre-connected electrode pads. The solid-state electronic switch of the utility model only consumes electric energy at the moment of state conversion, does not need to consume electric energy in the switched-off or switched-on state, and has bistable characteristic. The solid-state electronic switch can be conducted in a bidirectional way and contains no moving parts so that the solid-state electronic switch can work in harsh environments. The solid-state electronic switch has excellent anti-electrostatic/electromagnetic interference characteristic. Based on the integrated circuit semiconductor technology, the solid-state electronic switch is highly compatible with the integrated circuit semiconductor technology.
