Summary: | The utility model relates to an automatic sampling device used in ore pulp element analyzing and calibrating processes. A sampling funnel is controlled by a PLC (programmable logic controller) and a frequency converter to transversely slide across ore pulp overflowing a sluice for sampling, and the sliding speed of the sampling funnel is adjusted automatically according to the concentration of the ore pulp. When sampling begins, a sampling motor is controlled by the PLC and the frequency converter to rotate forwards or reversely to enable a sliding block to drive the sampling funnel to slide leftwards or rightwards between a left limiting position and a right limiting position through a swing rod until the measurement time is up and continuous sampling is not required. After sampling is over, the sliding block is located in the left limiting position or the right limiting position, and the sampling funnel stops below a left rubber baffle or a right rubber baffle. According to the device and a method, manual sampling is not required, the sampling quantity is stable, the representativeness is good, and the sampling time well corresponds to the measurement time of an instrument. |
