A production process device for recycling raw materials in non-weaving material production comprises a fur combing machine, the fur combing machine is connected with a teaser card, the teaser card is connected with a cotton slitter, the cotton slitter is connected with a mixing cotton machine, the mixing cotton machine is connected with a carding machine, the carding machine is connected with a cross lapper, the cross lapper is connected with a drying and shaping machine, and the drying and shaping machine is connected with a cooler. According to the production process device, a spraying machine and a three-level screening machine are additionally arranged on an existing process device for non-weaving material production, fibers can be further filtered through the three-level screening machine, and part of fiber wool, fallen fibers and smashed fibers generated in the carding process are prevented from flying and falling all around a workshop.
