By utilizing the waste collection device, the waste collection device is provided with the distribution device and at least two waste hoppers, after one of the two waste hoppers is fully filled with the waste, the waste conveyor line is communicated with other waste hoppers by the distribution device, in the continuous waste accumulating process of the waste collection device, the waste hopper which is already fully filled with the waste can be cleared, and a purpose for processing the waste without stopping the waste collection device can be realized.
