An independent training device comprises two or more wireless detecting devices and a mobile control device. The wireless detecting devices are arranged on the surface of the skin of a human body and used for detecting the motion states of the muscles of the human body and the physiological state of the human body, generating at least one detecting signal, receiving at least one controlling signal, sending the detecting signals in a wireless mode and receiving the controlling signals in a wireless mode, and each wireless detecting device can output a stimulation current. The mobile control device is linked with the wireless detecting devices in a wireless mode and used for receiving the detecting signals and sending the controlling signals. The independent training device has the advantages that when a user does exercise, the motion states of the muscles of the human body and the physiological state of the human body can be directly transmitted to the mobile control device through the wireless detecting devices; the mobile control device can control the wireless detecting devices to output the stimulation currents, and therefore the purposes of reminding a user of the exercise postures and correcting the exercise postures of the user in real time can be achieved.
