The utility model provides a medical care tray which comprises a tray body and a belt. The tray body is provided with a bottle body placing groove and an instrument placing groove. The two sides of the bottle body placing groove are each provided with a plurality of struts symmetrically, and the struts are provided with semicircular clamping rings. The clamping rings are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the bottle body placing groove. A plurality of partition plates capable of sliding are arranged in the instrument placing groove. Drawers capable of being pulled out are arranged in the drawer grooves and each provided with a pull handle. The medical care tray is simple in structure, labor is saved in the taking process, and instruments are placed reasonably.
