The bottom end of the soot cover frame is fixedly connected with a can body of the pop-top can. One side of the top end of the soot cover frame is hinged to the cover hood through the rotary rod. A spring is fixed to the rotary rod. The two ends of the spring abut against the soot cover frame and the cover hood respectively. The edges of the two sides of the soot cover frame are symmetrically provided with elastic buckles which extend outwards to be of a protruding face shape. After the cover hood is pressed towards the soot cover frame, the cover hood is fixedly connected with the soot cover frame through a fastener. When the ashtray cover needs to be used, the cover is fixed to the can body of the pop-top can, the elastic buckles on the two sides of the soot cover frame are pressed by hand, the cover hood and the soot cover frame are automatically popped up and unfolded under the action of the spring, the soot cover frame and the can body of the pop-top can are used in cooperation as an ashtray, and therefore soot flicked into the ashtray can not fly out; moreover, when a cigarette needs to be put out, a cigarette end is thrown into the ashtray, and the ashtray is covered with the cover hood, so that the soot and the cigarette end are isolated from the outside, and the cigarette end dies out by itself.
