Summary:A breaker-used hand-operated energy storing device comprises a fixing support (1) provided with an eccentric rotary mechanism (2); the eccentric rotary mechanism is connected with a reciprocate link rod (4), and can rotate to drive the reciprocate link rod to make reciprocate motions; the reciprocate link rod (4) is connected with a swing lever mechanism group (5) engaged with a ratchet gear (6) so as to be arranged on an energy storing mechanism cam shaft (7); the ratchet gear can rotate to drive the energy storing mechanism cam shaft (7) to rotate, thus storing energy. A conventional one-way rotation energy storage is changed into a mode in which when an operation handle stores energy, the handle can be swung either in a clockwise or an anticlockwise direction, energy can be stored in the mechanism, thus improving energy storage operation efficiency; the breaker-used hand-operated energy storing device is simple in operation, uses less force in operation, thus improving comfortableness by people in energy storage operation, reducing assembling difficulty, optimizing product structure, and improving reliability of the breaker hand-operated energy storing device.
