The automatic moisture tester comprises a frame (23), a drying oven, a set of rotary trays and a lifting weighing device, wherein a traditional heating tube (15) is arranged in the drying over; the rotary trays adopt a double-layer tray rotary structure; the double-layer tray rotary structure comprises two nested first rotating shafts (5) and two nested second rotating shaft (6), first trays (17) mounted on the first rotating shafts (5), and second trays (18) mounted on the second rotating shaft (6); the first trays (17) and the second trays (18) are respectively positioned in different horizontal planes. The automatic moisture tester has the advantages of small size, speediness in temperature rise, good temperature uniformity in the drying oven, simplicity in tray structure machining, high yield, and simplicity in hydraulic lifting device structure.
