The feeding system is mainly formed by a supplying cylinder, a hopper vertically mounted on the supplying cylinder, a front spinning cover on the front end of the supplying cylinder, a back spinning cover on the back end of the supplying cylinder, a tapered auger inside the supplying cylinder, a rotating wheel fixedly connected with the tail part of the tapered auger, a conveying belt, one end of which is arranged on a rotating wheel rim, a deceleration motor connected with the other end of the conveying belt, a hand-operated switch connected with the deceleration motor and a cylinder support on the lower part of the supplying cylinder. The down-well blast hole stemming machine is simply structured with convenient operation; down-well blast hole stemming work can be finished once for all, so damage of priming material to the blast hole can be avoided and therefore down-well blast hole stemming quality is enhanced; and down-well blast hole mechanical filling work is achieved, labor intensity is reduced and labor efficiency is improved.
