Summary:The utility model discloses a novel high-speed gas cutting torch which comprises a cutting torch body (1), gas inlet holes (2) and a torch head (3). The novel high-speed gas cutting torch is characterized in that a traditional acetylene cutting torch is improved to form the novel high-speed gas cutting torch; the number of the gas inlet holes is changed from original 3-6 to 8, and the original bore diameter is doubled; the number of grooves (4) of the torch head is changed from 18 to 14, and the depth and the width of each groove are doubled; the diameter of each gas inlet hole (2) ranges from 2.1 mm to 2.2 mm; each groove (4) is 0.8 mm wide and 1.5 mm deep. Tests prove that the novel high-speed gas cutting torch completely meets safety requirements and is not prone to tempering, and the preheating flame temperature of the novel high-speed gas cutting torch is equal to that of the acetylene cutting torch. A dead head is preheated and cut in one minute by means of acetylene cutting, and similarly the dead head can be cut in one minute by means of gas cutting, so that the effect of acetylene gas is completely achieved. The novel high-speed gas cutting torch is a breakthrough beyond the imagination of the cutting gas circle in the industrial field of the United States and Japan.
