After the vacuumizing device adopts the above structure, the fuel vapor in the oil tank can be removed and part of heat quantity can be taken away by instrument gas; furthermore, the filter barrel and the return oil are additionally arranged to reduce lubricating oil to be exhausted in the atmosphere along with the fuel vapor, so that the aim of reducing production cost can be realized; in addition, after the further improvement, a regulating valve is additionally arranged on an instrument air pipe, and the pressure of the oil tank can be controlled in a negative pressure state, so that the damage on the quality of the lubricating oil can be prevented, and the safety operation of the compressor can be ensured.
