The utility model relates to a primary-secondary waste straw gasification furnace. The gasification furnace comprises an outer furnace filled with a dried raw material and an inner furnace filled with a damp raw material, wherein a hopper-shaped soot outlet and a hopper-shaped soot collecting pool are formed in the lower part of the outer furnace from top to bottom, and an air outlet which is higher than a lower opening of the hopper-shaped soot outlet is formed in the side wall of the outer furnace between the hopper-shaped soot outlet and the hopper-shaped soot outlet; a soot outlet shaft is arranged at the lower part of the outer furnace, is externally connected with a speed reducer along the axial direction of the soot outlet shaft, and can rotate; and the soot outlet shaft is connected with a stirring device which is arranged in the upper space of the hopper-shaped soot outlet of the outer furnace and a stirring device which is arranged in the upper space of the soot outlet in the inner furnace. The gasification furnace is capable of fulfilling gasification of different raw materials, and also gives consideration to large-scale gasification utilization.
