The device comprises a bottle conveying bridge plate and a transition bridge plate component for controlling the bottle conveying bridge plate to be engaged with and disengaged from a bottle conveyor belt of the freezer dryer, wherein the transition bridge plate component is arranged between the bottle conveying bridge plate and the bottle conveyor belt of the freeze dryer, and comprises a fixed bottle conveying bedplate, a movable bottle conveying bedplate and a movable bottle conveying bedplate driving part; one side of the fixed bottle conveying bedplate is connected with the bottle conveyor belt; the movable bottle conveying bedplate is arranged between the other side of the fixed bottle conveying bedplate and the bottle conveying bridge plate; in a bottle conveying state of the freeze dryer, the movable bottle conveying bedplate is driven by the movable bottle conveying bedplate driving part to connect the fixed bottle conveying bedplate with the bottle conveying bridge plate; in a non-bottle conveying state of the freeze dryer, the movable bottle conveying bedplate is driven by the movable bottle conveying bedplate driving part to be separated from the bottle conveying bedplate and retracted to the lower part of the fixed bottle conveying bedplate. The transition bridge plate device for the freeze dryer has the advantages of simple structure and small occupied space.
