Summary: | The utility model provides a hydraulic hybrid power device of a heavy vehicle. The hydraulic hybrid power device comprises a plurality of hydraulic pumps/motors, energy accumulators and hydraulic oil tanks. Rotary shafts of the hydraulic pumps/motors are connected with a transmission shaft of the vehicle in parallel, each hydraulic pump/motor and a main control valve bank are connected with each other and form a circuit, and oil inlets and outlets of the hydraulic pumps/motors are connected with the energy accumulators and the hydraulic oil tanks by the main control valve banks; hydraulic oil can flow from the hydraulic oil tanks to the energy accumulators by the aid of the main control valve banks when the vehicle is braked; the hydraulic oil can flow from the energy accumulators to the hydraulic oil tanks by the aid of the main control valve banks when the vehicle is started; the hydraulic oil can flow on internal oil circuits of the main control valve banks in a circulating manner by the aid of the main control valve banks when the vehicle runs normally. The hydraulic hybrid power device has the advantages that each hydraulic pump/motor is provided with the corresponding main control valve bank, so that requirements of the vehicle under complicated working conditions can be met; the main control valve banks are compact in structure, low in cost and small in size; the hydraulic hybrid power device with the multiple hydraulic pumps/motors, the main control valve banks and the energy accumulators is compact in arrangement, small in mounting space and applicable to high vehicle loads. |
