The fixing support comprises an upper fixing support and a lower fixing support, the metal wire turntable is mounted on the lower fixing support, a wire feeding hole is formed in the metal wire turntable, the fixing device is arranged on the upper fixing support and comprises a fixing plate, two fixing rollers and a fixing block with a through hole, the wire feeding pipe is arranged on one side of the fixing plate, the stepping motor is arranged below the metal wire turntable, and the fixing pipe is arranged behind the wire feeding pipe. When in binding, the metal wire turntable cannot rotatably roll out surplus metal wires due to inertia. The metal wires cannot deviate in the conveying process.
