The screen printing machine comprises a machine frame, a power source and a conveying belt, and further comprises a feeding roller used for fixing a cloth roll and an adjusting roller set used for automatically adjusting the tightness of cloth arranged on the upper side of the feeding roller; the adjusting roller set comprises a side plate with an oblique sliding groove, an adjusting roller capable of sliding in the sliding groove, sensors arranged at the two ends of the sliding groove and a rotary roller set, the rotary roller set comprises a first rotary roller and a second rotary roller, the first rotary roller and the second rotary roller are integrally connected in parallel, and the rotary roller set can rotate around the center; a cloth extension roller and a pressurizing roller are arranged above the adjusting roller set, a first conveying roller is arranged between the cloth extension roller and the pressurizing roller, and the pressurizing roller presses the conveying belt.
