The utility model discloses a molding machine with stirring and ejecting functions. The molding machine mainly comprises a base, a drive unit and a stirring and ejecting unit which are arranged on the base, wherein the drive unit is provided with a lead screw, the lead screw is provided with a one-way limit member, the stirring and ejecting unit is provided with a push rod, and the push rod is provided with a gear and the one-way limit member. A motor drives a gear to positively and negatively rotate, and further drives the push rod, so that the push rod and the lead screw form rotation of the push rod by means of limit of the one-way limit member, and thus a stirring function is realized; or the push rod is pushed out by the base, and thus an ejecting function is realized, and therefore the stirring function and the ejecting function are completed on the same machine body so that the cost of the forming machine is lowered, and the effect of improving the production efficiency is achieved.
