The oxygen pipelines are tied to two inner side faces of the lower portion of the upper frame respectively, the connecting holes are arranged in the upside of each oxygen pipeline, the slim connecting tubes are mounted on the upper sides of the corresponding connecting holes, the netted aquaculture underframe is arranged at the bottommost end of the upper frame, and the floating balls are arranged around the lower portion of the upper frame. Due to the arrangement of the upper frame, the netted aquaculture underframe, the floating balls and the hanging rod, stability and reliability in connection are improved beneficially, mounting and carrying are facilitated, large-scale water application to common ponds and the like is benefited, survival rate of grouper fry seed breeding is increased, and accordingly maintenance cost is lowered, and service life is prolonged.
