The device comprises an air compressor, a cooler, a water catcher and a mixer which are sequentially connected with one another, wherein one part of hot air coming out of the air compressor directly enters the cooler, and the other part of the hot air directly enters the mixer; the two parts of air are mixed in the mixer and then conveyed to an air pipeline; a control valve is arranged between the mixer and the water catcher; a hot air valve is arranged on a pipeline for connecting the air compressor to the mixer. Based on the characteristic that the saturation concentration of water vapor is increased along with temperature, unsaturated air with dew-point temperature being lower than working temperature is produced; by virtue of heat carried by air, the supply fault caused by freezing water can be avoided.
