The limited grip strength equipotential clamp includes a Y-shaped seat. A downward installation groove is disposed in the bottom of the fork of the Y-shaped seat. Slide grooves are disposed in two sides inside the installation groove. A clamp tongue is slidably installed in the installation groove through the sliding grooves. The bottom of the clamp tongue is provided with a first jacking mechanism which is capable of moving up and down and jacking the clamp tongue. Each of two sides of the bottom of the fork of the Y-shaped seat is movably provided with a sealing chuck. Swinging ends of the two sealing chucks are arranged to face each other. A clamping mouth is disposed in the bottom surface of a movable installation end of each sealing chuck.
