Summary: | The utility model discloses a high-gain rectangular single-polarization oscillator. Through an excellent structural design, semiconductors are used for oscillator sheets creatively, and semiconductor structures are combined with oscillators. Through unceasing experiments, the designed rectangular metal oscillator sheets, semiconductor rings arranged on the peripheries of the oscillator sheets and the structural design of the metal oscillator sheets enable radiation signal flows to be largely improved in length and speed in the metal oscillator sheets. It is proved by a large amount of simulation by computer software that the working frequency band of the oscillator reaches 3000 MHz and completely satisfies the required standard for frequency of 4G. The relative bandwidth reaches 65.9%. Besides, the oscillator is characterized by good gain, front-to-back ratio and cross-polarization ratio. |
