Summary:The utility model aims to solve the technical problems of poor locking effect and incapability of accurately locating of the traditional box body locking mechanism, and provides a locating-locking mechanism. The locating-locking mechanism comprises a base arranged on a box body, an open plate arranged on a box cover and a swing bolt, wherein the front end of the base and the front end of the open plate are respectively provided with a corresponding opening; and one end of the swing bolt is movably arranged at the rear end of the base, and the other end of the swing bolt is a threaded end on which a locking nut is arranged. According to the utility model, a cylindrical locating surface of the swing bolt arranged on the base is matched with a U-shaped opening in the base and a U-shaped opening in the open plate, so that the box cover can be accurately located when being closed.
