The DIgSILENT/PowerFactory bidirectional data interface conversion device comprises a data conversion processor, an alternative denial gate circuit and an alarming circuit, wherein the alarming circuit comprises a buzzer, a current limiting circuit, a follow current inductor L and a switch circuit; one end of the buzzer is grounded; the other end of the buzzer is connected to one end of the follow current circuit; the other end of the follow current circuit is connected to one end of the follow current inductor L; the other end of the follow current inductor L is connected to one end of the switch circuit; the other end of the switch circuit is connected to a power source; a control end of the switch power source is connected to an output end of the alternative denial gate circuit; a converted data inputting end of the data conversion processor is connected with an input end of the alternative denial gate circuit; and a breakpoint recording output end of the data conversion processor is connected with another input end of the alternative denial gate circuit.
