The utility model relates to a gearing up type manual rocker which comprises a mounting bracket, a cover plate, a driving gear and a driven gear, wherein the driving gear and the driven gear are in meshing transmission; a first rotating shaft is provided with a rocking handle, and a second rotating shaft is provided with a square sleeve shaft; the mounting bracket is provided with at least one spray pipeline; the cover plate is provided with at least one locating pin shaft. The gearing up type manual rocker has the advantages that the square sleeve shaft arranged on the second rotating shaft is sheathed on an opening shaft of a component to be operated, the driven gear is driven to rotate by the driving gear through the rocking handle, and the driven gear rotates in a way of gearing up along the reverse direction; the gear ratio of the driving gear to the driven gear is 3:(1-5):1, so that compared with the existing operation way, the gearing up type manual rocker enables the operation time to reach 1/3-1/5 of the original operation time; the locating pin shaft is arranged, so that the deflection of a whole part is effectively avoided when the rocking handle shakes; a spray device is used for spraying lubricating oil onto the driving gear or the driven gear, so that the meshing transmission effect is good.
