Summary: | The utility model discloses a double-acting low-speed two-stage valve system structure of a shock absorber. The valve system structure comprises a structural housing, wherein a piston cylinder barrel is arranged in the structural housing, a piston rod piston assembly and a cylinder barrel bottom valve assembly are installed in the piston cylinder barrel, and the cylinder barrel bottom valve assembly is installed at the tail end of the piston cylinder barrel. In the valve system structure, the two-stage valve piston rod piston assembly and the cylinder barrel bottom valve assembly of an extra-low-speed valve are used, so that adverse effect brought by discontinuous change of a traditional piston valve from a low-speed interval to a high-speed interval is eliminated, and stable damping force is produced during low action speed. Influence factors of the stability and consistency of a damping force value of the shock absorber are correspondingly decreased, and the consistency is good. The double-acting low-speed two-stage valve system structure is excellent on the aspects of riding comfort and steering stability. |
