According to the integral structure in assembly, a mesh belt heating furnace output channel adopts a stainless steel frame welding structure; a heating workpiece is conveyed on a conveyor belt through the mesh belt heating furnace output channel; the conveyor belt is smoothly driven by a speed reducer through double-chain driving, and the conveying speed and distance are set according to the time for quenching cooling; a powerful reticular spray cooler is mounted above the conveyor belt, and a return pipe is mounted below the conveyor belt; a coolant liquid is pressurized by a pressure pump, and is controllable in pressure through a pressure regulating valve; the heated liquid is withdrawn through a water pump on the pipeline of the return pipe, circulation of the coolant liquid is realized through a heat exchanger, and a quenching liquid is guaranteed to be controllable in temperature, so that heat-treating products with high quality are acquired, and the phenomenon that in the prior art, the heat-treating quenching quality of steel workpieces is directly affected by unstable quenching temperature, nonuniform cooling of the quenching liquid and insufficient spraying pressure when the steel workpieces are in the quenching cooling processing is solved.
